Counterattack!
The prediction that Franky would use his beams to help them escape have been thrown out the window by Oda. It’s Law and his amazingly intelligent brain that gets them out of their chains. It wasn’t that surprising that Law thought that far ahead. Franky does play a part in their escape by shrouding their actions within the cage with his fireball. At least there is mention of the beams once more so we know that Oda hasn’t forgotten about them and they’ll be important in due time.
Caesar’s going to use their corpses the reincarnate Smiley. That’s what I think he would have used them for if Law wasn’t such a smart cookie.
The next big thing is the handcuffs. Luffy did state before that the handcuffs were sapping his energy. Does this mean that Law can cut seastone? Unless it was simply just the mentality of being told that you were held down by seastone when you really were not. If you thought that it was seastone then you wouldn’t have even attempted to use your powers.
*The switch ability that Law has, that’s what it was. I read that panel like 8 times and I still missed it. But I still think it’s an important question of Law being able to cut seastone or not. That’s going to be a helpful ability in the future for any sword user.*
Thumps up to Tashigi for standing up to Smoker. The fact that Law wants Smoker to forget everything about Joker leads me to believe that there’s still some kind of connection between the two men. A respect for him and probably something more personal between the two. I’m predicting a Doflamingo encounter after Wano and Big Mom.
I already gave Sanji the lifetime award for most ridiculous power up. I knew there was going to be a point where Nami’s body couldn’t keep up with Sanji’s capabilities.
I love Law’s powers. And they’re finally back in. It would have been a little less dangerous had Zoro and Kinemon not cut down the shutters but we’ve got to let the adrenaline run its course. Final battles are better when your life is constantly in danger. Caesar’s not expecting this at all and I wonder how Monet is going to play a part in this sudden arrival. Hopefully this time we’ll follow about 60% of Law’s plans. I’m seeing Law,Luffy and Smoker vs. Caesar, Sanji to do some behind the scenes work after a quick cry from the switch, Nami’s powers are going to try and push back the gas and she’ll go looking for the kids with Brownbeard and Usopp and Kinemon’s going to need to find his son. There’s a lot less enemies this time around so I can’t really pair people up. It’s not going to be mano to mano this time around. Caesar’s not that easy of an opponent.

I think Law’s power always applies as long as he himself isn’t touching seastone. So with his power activated, he can...
